Martin Redrado was reinstated by the Court in record time at the helm of the Central Bank, and resumed his place at the front of the board of the monetary authority, after a duel crossed complaints which also stopped the use of reserves to pay debt.

"Justice was done," was all he said Redrado to lose his silver car, carrying the ruling of the judge in Federal Administrative Litigation, Maria Jose Sarmiento, who has granted his habeas corpus to vacate the dismissal.

Previously, the judge had also resulted in another appeal by members of the PRO and the Civic Coalition, and issued an injunction by which struck down the use of central bank reserves for the Bicentennial Fund.

In a political climate thick, cross-claims between the Government and Redrado, and that opposition MPs made against President Cristina Kirchner to pass the decree that sacked him, Argentina pulled a turbulent 2010.

The government appealed both rulings by the judge, so the decision should be reviewed by the Appeals Chamber and will surely end up defining the Supreme Court.

Judge Sarmiento annulled the decree 18/2010, which ordered his removal as head of the Central Bank.

Moreover, in the Federal Courts of Comodoro Py already filed criminal complaints addressed to the President, and that prompted the national government against Redrado.

The National Treasury Solicitor (PTN), Osvaldo Guglielmino, obeyed the instructions that the President set at the same decree that removed Redrado and filed a criminal complaint against him on charges of "dereliction of duty of public servant."

That complaint, after the draw made by the House, went to court Norberto Oyarbide, who just before year's end the marriage Kirchner dismissed in an investigation for illicit enrichment.

Oyarbide also is charged with a complaint against the President for "breach of the duties of public officials" and "abuse of authority", conducted by attorney Joseph Magioncalda, by issuing a decree that removed Redrado.
