Education Minister, Alberto Sileoni on Thursday criticized the use of children by religious educational establishments in the marches against the bill of marriage between persons of the same sex.

After inaugurating the XX Children's Book Fair and Youth Sileoni said the government is "against all kinds of staging of the kids on an issue that is great."

"I do not speak on the substance of the matter is being treated for who should, but the use of the kids," he said in remarks to the press.

He admitted that "perhaps it is arguable that the issue be addressed by middle school boys", but considered that "big discussions we have to argue the greatest."

He insisted that children should be "unrelated" to the rallies, while stressing that "costs a lot to the whole society has 180 instructional days."
