Cameroon striker Samuel Eto'o, who plays for Inter Milan Italy, was the big star of African football gala held this evening in Cairo, after being named best player of the year.

Eto'o, 29, won his fourth title as the best African player, after the exceptional campaign starring with Inter Milan, with whom the former Barcelona and Real Madrid did this course the Champions League and League and Italian Cup.
